3. Payments & Billing
All services are billed as per agreed contracts. Delayed payments may result in service suspension. Taxes, government charges, or third-party fees are not included unless specified.
4. Intellectual Property
All strategies, content, reports, and proprietary frameworks remain intellectual property of Axvionel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Axvionel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. SEO and marketing outcomes depend on market competition and algorithm changes.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the agreement. Outstanding dues must be cleared before final termination.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed under the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies within Indian courts.
